You have an option to purchase the optional Damage/Loss Insurance per item at the booking page. This Insurance will covers all the conditions listed under Damages and/or Loss. There will be no liability for any damage and/or loss of rented items.


You will need to make a 100% payment of the total cost upon confirmation within 3 days from the order date via Bank transfer/PayLah/PayNow. A proof of payment is required – please indicate “TCC” with your order number in your payment reference and send to Once the payment is receive, we will get in contact with you to arrange for the delivery date. 

Once you have accepted the rented items, we deem that you are satisfied with the condition of the rented items. 

The Chilled Closet accepts payment via Bank transfer (DBS/POSB Saving 074-0-027305), PayLah or PayNow. (For Paylah/PayNow, please contact us via email at or by calling us at 91873310. We will provide you with the mobile number to transfer via PayLah or PayNow).


“Damages” (related to an Item) refers to the actual expenditure and cost in repairing any damage, including but not limited to, replacing any parts and/or elements, or any other charges incurred related to an incident of whatsoever nature.

Damage definition

Minor Damages refers to minor stains, missing beads, missing buttons, stuck zippers or other minor repairable damage. If the repairable damage cost is higher than the deposit, Renter will agree to top up the difference of the repair cost. The Chilled Closet will provide the proof of repair cost to the Renter.

Damaged beyond repair (eg: a hole on the item, permanent stain, loss of the rental item accessories such as the matching sling, belt, detachable hood & etc,)  Renter agrees to pay for the price, as per The Chilled Closet discretion based on “the estimated retail value, condition and age of the item”,

“Total Loss” refers to the Item being stolen, lost or not return. The economic value of the Total Loss is 100% of the retail value based on the “estimated retain value, condition and age of the item”.

The Chilled Closet will invoice the Renter on the total repair or replacement cost of the damaged or loss items. Renter would require to reimburse the amount within 7 days from the invoice date.



  • You can cancel/withdraw your order by providing us with a minimum of 7 days of notice before the start of your rental period.We will refund your payment in full. 
  • If you cancel your order less than 7 days before the start of your rental period, The Chilled Closet will reserves the right to refund only 50% of your payment. Please do discuss with us for any cancellation request less than 7 days of notice. We will handle this on an individual per order basis.

Payment Refunds:

The Chilled Closet will refund you in full in the event of a mistake that is proven an internal issue from The Chilled Closet or the rented items did not get deliver, wrong item is deliver, or the item is proven damage upon delivery.

There will be no refund upon early return.
